1. Did not work! Would not even allow me to add a vehicle! Messaged support MULTIPLE time with no help! And I can't get a refund! Literally beyond a useless app! I made sure my car would work and everything before purchasing and my Hyundai BlueLink told me to add it..waist of money and that's $70 down the drain that I cannot get back due to a bad app and service!HORRIBLE! You HAVE to pay first, you can't even create an account, it brings you straight to Sign In, literally no option to sign up.

2. They was hooking the 3G up and the whole time they knew they was doing away with them and installing 4 and 5GIf I could leave 0 Stars I would!!! Not only did the App Glitch an charge me for a while damn year, but MY CARS NOT EVEN SUPPORTED!!! I would like a refund immediately!!!I downloaded this app because I seen honda/Acura on it and wasted $20 just to come and find out that the only vehicle that is in the honda/Acura section is only honda.

3. I promise you won't be able to do a single thing without paying 19.99/month or 69.99/year. And if you do pay it, you'll encounter several issues like compatibility, connectivity, and a ridiculous "7 day trial for only **$19.99" **Not refundable, must be paid immediately when selecting "7 day trial", and yes, it is not a free trial.I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

4. Basically the user is putting thier credit card info out there and has no idea if thier vehicle is compatible.Horrible! Literally paid for the year.

5. It's stupid not to give a free trial period at all.Not sure if this works off the same thing but did they not just disable all 3G connections In all vehicles and some of them actually have lawsuits especially mine 2010 through 2018 Lexus all models they disable that remote connect.

6. KeyConnect, make it right and give me my $19.99 back!Why isn't there a Demo or Trial before you buy? I just want to see if my vehicle is compatible and if yes! give it a try for a day or two before I buy.

7. Here's an idea let the app user look to see if thier vehicle is compatible before you jump on payment options.

8. I would really appreciate it if you guys could give me a full refund on the money I spent on something I can't even use.just downloaded this and it locks my phone up everytime I open it.

9. Right after I enter vehicle Make the app takes me right to plan options of either $19.99 a month or $69.99 a year.

10. If you want that I started to pay first will hook me, give at least a few days for a trial without restrictions, and if I like it then I'm ready to pay.

11. I paid for this app which said in the disclosure I would have a 7 day trial before it charged my card.

  4. Check KeyConnect Digital Car Key app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KeyConnect Digital Car Key might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KeyConnect Digital Car Key. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KeyConnect Digital Car Key then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KeyConnect Digital Car Key not working

  • Hi, so sorry, but I accidentally paid for the app and would greatly appreciate a refund.
    My mother has a Hyundai and I have an IPhone( both not supported with this app) I was trying to help here with helpful technology and failed. Please and thank you for the refund.
    I have canceled the subscription on my Apple account but it still charge my bank account. Ug, truly an accident with a little misunderstanding
