Why should I report an Issue with mBlock?

1. The tutorial is very basic and does not introduce you to the full features of the robot.A great tool for learning Scratch, the block style drag-and-drop programming.

2. I think the problem might be: in the hint, the color is written with a word(yellow), but the block you work with only has the colors(not written in words, just the image of the color), so the blocks are different.

3. Recommended!Ok coding, but there is a significant delay between the wheels on my Mbot Mega turning on and off, so, when I want it to move and stop, it turns towards the last wheel to turn off, which is really annoying.

1. Fix mBlock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart mBlock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the mBlock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mBlock" » Open mBlock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mBlock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear mBlock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mBlock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mBlock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check mBlock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mBlock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall mBlock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mBlock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mBlock not working

2. Fix mBlock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mBlock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mBlock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mBlock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
