1. It's supposed to give you double credits for the first time you load your card with the app but the load card button in the app just shows a loading circle forever.

2. There's no point to having it installed other than to manage cards, and since it won't even meet that minimum functionality, there's currently no reason to have it installed.Updated app and app stopped working.

3. It has consistently failed to work on a variety of different phones and tablets, requesting help is a useless task as after the week or two week response time there is more information requested or they say they don't understand.

4. Not only did I not get told my cards would be wiped as soon as they activated timed card with them, but I lost all of my kid's tickets.

5. Every fun card I try to add tells me it can't be added despite having used the scanner to read the card number correctly and having typed the PIN correctly.

1. Fix Main Event Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Main Event: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Main Event App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Main Event" » Open Main Event » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Main Event » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Main Event app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Main Event servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Main Event" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Main Event app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Main Event might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Main Event. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Main Event then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Main Event not working

2. Fix Main Event Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Main Event be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Main Event not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Main Event may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
