I think there should be some kind of password Blockheads can use to access the account so that the scammers will not be able to use access.I absolutely just love love love love love this app its the best app ever I love Nkotb so much this app is my favorite being a blockhead means so much to me im a blockhead for life I've loved New kids on the block since I was 14 years old every time I listen to them I feel like I'm 14 againAwesome!! So happy they made this app for us die hard fans! (Blockheads) It's a much appreciated more personal connection than the other social media apps.

2. I deleted my account and the app.There's issues trying to subscribe to Block Nation .Other than that, it's a pretty cool site.There are scammers and bad photos of one of the scammers.

3. Some sort of way , when it was created by NKOTB for the Blockheads it was only supposed to be fan support and to socialize with the group members .But scammers got into it anyway.

1. Fix NKOTB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NKOTB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NKOTB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NKOTB" » Open NKOTB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NKOTB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NKOTB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NKOTB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NKOTB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NKOTB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NKOTB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NKOTB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NKOTB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NKOTB not working

2. Fix NKOTB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NKOTB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NKOTB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NKOTB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
