1. No reply of emails.Help section is not working..I have subscribed for 6 months for hard copy..no confirmation message has come..no contact details provided on applicationI am registered user but not able to view 24/1/22 issueI purchased magazine.
2. Free trial also required card payment detail which is very irritating , If your app is really likable public will subscribe any cost.Pathetic service.. Seems its a fraudulent app.
3. Need a refund.They're charging for everything! Rather there should be a concept of viewing the digital edition freely and they must put advertisements for the revenue...No reply on troubleshooting even after 3 to 4 days.
