Why should I report an Issue with Champak - Hindi?

1. Does not give any message.worst app: not let you read single line without knowing your credit/debit card.Thare asking subscription for a magazine you know about pratilipi comics it's not asking any subscription but it is giving so many interesting comics freeForcefully asked for subscription...atleast give 1 month free trial...only half star from me.

We can not even read a single page of a story without having subspriction.😠😠😠😠This app was very interesting in this app I see all the prices and some pages of the book like jokes and other so I like this app I like this book..... So much......No free content, Force to purchase subscription, not good choice, give some free content and ask money for premium content.Very Very Very bad App Nothing in this app.

3. Please make changes in your app and give user free trial for atleast a month....after champak app downloading we can't see full content without take subscription.... that's why not good..Worst app ever.

1. Fix Champak Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Champak: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Champak App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Champak" » Open Champak - Hindi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Champak » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Champak - Hindi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Champak servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Champak - Hindi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Champak app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Champak might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Champak. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Champak then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Champak not working

2. Fix Champak Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Champak be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Champak not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Champak may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
