Why should I report an Issue with Camera MX - Photo & Video Camera?

1. Although there is a setting for customizing the photo location, it can't seem to find any folders saying "no media available", so it still stores photos in the internal storage, which is exactly what I've been trying to avoid by setting the photo location to a folder on my SD card! Not happy with the intrusive permissions, one of which reads it can "read Google service configuration".

2. I hope this is fixed soon as this has been my favorite camera app for a long time, just the editing features alone make it worth it.Still doesn't work.

3. One super-annoying thing is that every time it's launched, it immediately takes a photo without me pressing anything! So if you want a simple camera, look elsewhere because this app is annoying as hell.This app is great, lots of features.

Then... it would be PERFECT!Much the same review as from Aug 2020, as I love the ease of camera, doesnt take up as much space as my onboard camera when saving pics/vids, and quality is great... really, my only issue is the time of save in the details is incorrect, and I would love to know how to set it to the right time.

Can't change it back to 4-5 stars until it starts working again.It's pretty good I've used it to take and edit photos as well as make short video (15 mins or less) if I were to add anything I'd want it to better adjust to the lighting changes during filming and have like a blur option for the background and a beauty blur for faces.

6. Adding text and arrows, etc for arbitration and formal Federal complaints.Decent little camera app!!! My favorite part? The live filters were pretty amazing, HOWEVER, I would have to say that the very best feature of it, was the "Shoot The Past" option! It actually records up to X amount of seconds BEFORE YOU HIT THE CAPTURE BUTTON.

7. It definitely helps when taking pics of a baby/toddlerThis is a good camera app with really good editing functions.

8. I am ok with watching an ad to use it, because that's my most favorite part of this app...but, the videos will never load! It's been over a year, and I'm pretty sure that the ad videos have only loaded completely 1 time and I have tried it on 2 different phones.

9. I've been downloading this app for years to all my devices and will continue..love the app.I, personally, love this app! Easy pics, rarely use video but think it was easy as well.

10. I also like the fact that I can change the size of the JPEG quality (overall setting), the brightness and resolution before taking a photo.

1. Fix Camera MX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Camera MX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Camera MX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camera MX" » Open Camera MX - Photo & Video Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camera MX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Camera MX - Photo & Video Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camera MX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camera MX - Photo & Video Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Camera MX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camera MX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Camera MX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camera MX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camera MX not working

2. Fix Camera MX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Camera MX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Camera MX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Camera MX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
