1. This isn't a huge issue considering that Sleep has those records but unfortunately neither app has a way to sync with the other and Sleep does not export heart rate data to Google Fit.

2. ------------ Does what it says on the tin, however the Google Fit sync is a little buggy with it randomly disconnecting and no info about it in the debug logs.The app fails to do the fundamental thing it is supposed to, automatically monitor your heart rate from your wearable device.

It is a shame because the app itself is really great packed with a lot of features, all of which free of charge!App on its own works more or less fine, sometimes it stops taking heart rate via its wear os counterpart, and resumes doing so only after taking a reading manually on the watch, but this happens maybe once per few months and is fixed easily, so no big deal.

4. Reason for the low review, however, ist the fact that after 2 months of issue being present, this app still cannot sync data to google fit.Since sync to Google fit doesn't work anymore I have to adjust my rating here.

5. Original: It still needs work, sometimes it doesn't sync, and sometimes it doesn't record heart rate, but works well and consistently enough with minimal battery drain.

6. This is a deal-breaker for me as that functionality is really the only reason I use the app.Edit: Doesn't Sync to Google Fit anymore, and CSV export is spotty.

7. I believe what is causing this is that the Sleep app constantly uses the heartrate sensor while recording your sleep so I believe that the Heart Trace app see that the sensor is in use and doesn't attempt to pull a reading.

9. Sadly though all the information is rather useless as I like to view all this in one place instead of jumping between apps and well it has not been able to sync with Google Fit since the 24/05/2021, however this is still listed as a feature here on the app page.

1. Fix Heart Trace 2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Heart Trace 2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Heart Trace 2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Heart Trace 2" » Open Heart Trace 2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Heart Trace 2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Heart Trace 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Heart Trace 2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Heart Trace 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Heart Trace 2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Heart Trace 2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Heart Trace 2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Heart Trace 2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Heart Trace 2 not working

2. Fix Heart Trace 2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Heart Trace 2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Heart Trace 2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Heart Trace 2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
