1. Where is the Macys app ?? For several days now I cannot browse..shop..ck on orders because my app was not compatable with my DEVICE!! SO I was on the phone over an hour to try & fix this with my phone carrier!! To no avail..I still dont hsve my Macys app to check on my rewards balance & the rep couldnt take anything off of my order! So Im back to swuar 2 !!It works and it does a good job.Its the greatest event ever!! I love it thank you.

1. Fix Parade Ready Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parade Ready: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parade Ready App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parade Ready" » Open Parade Ready » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parade Ready » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parade Ready app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parade Ready servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parade Ready" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parade Ready app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parade Ready might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parade Ready. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parade Ready then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parade Ready not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parade Ready be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
