1. So I tried taking a photo with the apps camera but it won't open, took a photo with my phone's camera, the system won't accept that either.

Not against advertising but you it is abused and videos covers content for a loong tine .I like this app, it has so many features, few problems and so many people to talk with.Good app i tested before in browser and i found lots of arab girls to date or sleep with.I am very upset I just deleted my account,of course that is my email account, that is what I use in anything I do.i made a big mistake when I touch that thing that came up when I was trying to set up my account, you need to please get back to me,unfortunately not any in UK so cant use it all france or further away when you get more uk i happy use it iGreat app.

1. Fix Tchatche Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tchatche: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tchatche App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tchatche" » Open Tchatche : Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tchatche » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tchatche : Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tchatche servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tchatche : Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tchatche app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tchatche might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tchatche. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tchatche then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tchatche not working

2. Fix Tchatche Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tchatche be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tchatche not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tchatche may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
