The rest is excellent, thanks for developers.Broken piece of garage, while on IOS it at least works despite bad design choices on Android it can't even sync up to the hub unless you update the firmware first which you can only do after syncing up, better have ios device for that, second scenes don't actually work, activating one just gives an 1102 error.

2. Please add lack of internet connection and offline status of a child device as triggers for a routine.I have few aqara devices connected to the hub (door/window sensor, wall switch, motion sensor, wireless switch).

3. I tried with different wifi networks and ISP including phone hotspots, hub connects to the wifi just fine, but later on the app fails connecting to the hub(starting support cases will get you nowhere, tried that) .

4. However, after linked to google home, it only shows my Hub and door sensor, othee devices are not found in google home.Cannot pair my newly bought aqara hub.

1. Fix Aqara Home Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aqara Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aqara Home App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aqara Home" » Open Aqara Home » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aqara Home » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aqara Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aqara Home servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aqara Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aqara Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aqara Home might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aqara Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aqara Home then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aqara Home not working

2. Fix Aqara Home Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aqara Home be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aqara Home not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aqara Home may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
