1. idk if thIs is their way of making the "most profit", but its a disappointment and won't get them very far.PLEASE LOOK! People are having problems with being charged on the app, make sure that when you first start up the app and it offers you the premium feature, NOT to click "Continue for free" as that only means you've started a free trial, not the free version of the app.

2. Also, sometimes it results in a red background, especially with very high frequency motion like motors.PLS CHECK! People are experiencing issues with the app charging them, so be careful not to hit "Continue for free" when it initially offers you the premium feature because that will just start a free trial and not the program's free version.

3. To reject a contract, be careful to click the small "x" in the upper right corner of the screen.No undo button! Have to select manually to delete points and its cumbersome.

4. Keep up the great work.Tried this app based on a video I saw on Instagram where it showed what a photos depth map might look like from other angles.

5. Had to exit & reopen the app just for it to be usableIt's fine, but lacks options for an app charging 25 dollars (with taxes) a year, you would think zoom would be available and possibly some added features of editing.

6. There was no undo button and anytime I tried to go back it'd ask me "are you sure?" but then it gave me no option to click.

7. Very misleading for people who think an app is usually free like this but most put watermark on the saved portion and if you want to remove you upgrade.

8. Still considering the one month trial just to run a ton of photos through it but won't subscribe as it is now.Only gave a 2 because of the concept but I have yet to be able to use it because soon as you open it the app wants you to sign up for a 3 day trial or pay for the app.

9. Would like to record my video and save it raw so when I get out of the sun I can do all my editing and make sure it's what I want before a final save.

10. I didnt even get a free trial, AN ACTUAL FREE TRIAL, which MAYBE IF I DID, I would be interested in purchasing.

11. You need to record a video by holding still and then just smudge out the parts that you want animated.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Loopsie Issues

1. Fix Loopsie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Loopsie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Loopsie App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loopsie" » Open Loopsie - 3D Photo Dazz Cam & » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loopsie » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Loopsie - 3D Photo Dazz Cam & app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loopsie servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loopsie - 3D Photo Dazz Cam & " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Loopsie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loopsie might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Loopsie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loopsie then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loopsie not working


2. Fix Loopsie Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loopsie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Loopsie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Loopsie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Evening, Hope you’re well! I forgot to cancel my 3 day free trail for Loopsie and now £19.49 has been taken from my account. Can I cancel this yearly subscription and receive a refund please? Thanks, Steffi
