1. Just a few simple changes to the app could really have an impact on streamlining the whole process for everyone.I'd rate zero stars if possible!! It won't let me add insurance type, keeps asking for me to select a state first, after picking new Jersey about ten times, all of which were to no avail! Is there an older version I could download, I know alot of people who use the app weekly, & absolutely love it, (that's how I found out about the app to begin with) ugh so frustrated! I hate sitting on the phone with them, I have program 6 days a week, and I schedule it monthly.This app shows a ton of features however you can't actually use them.

There also needs to be an option to add your frequently visited addresses to your profile for quick access when booking trips.The reason this app has so many bad reviews is because it's gotten off to a horrendous start initially.bSeems that with this last update, someone clearly whipped out the bug spray, as the app seems to function just fine most, whereas the last time I looked it, I have many of the same issues that other reviewers describe.
3. I thought maybe after a year this would be fixed, no such luck! I had to make a new account and now I can't even finish registering because it isn't picking up that I have entered a state for me to be able to move on to the insurance information.
4. I tried to add a member, entered all info, including the state, but it would keep giving an error "please enter the state first" as soon as you click on the following field - insurance type.
5. Problem 2: When setting up your account within the system, the application requires you to select the state in which you live from a drop down list.
6. There appears to be some sort of read-only message tab set up, so if that was changed to a chat it would facilitate communication between the representatives and riders that haven't been picked up on time, which for me is a common problem.
7. The date of birth selection screen starts at the current date, with a left and right arrow tool to select the month and year of your birth.

9. ALSO: the website doesn't even let you cancel rides! For the same reason! Yikes!It's efficient in the fact you can know an upcoming trip, who's your driver and what's the address.
10. Problem 1: When setting up your account within the system, you are required to select your date of birth.
11. I also believe that if u are ready to be picked up you should be able to use the pick up button as well as additional features to be added such as a map showing where the driver is, messaging the provider or the driver etc.
