1. Received the scale and it won't connect to the app? I live out of the city and rely on wifi possibly the problem? But if it won't connect it is rather useless. When I started using app I was super excited.
2. Would be nice to also keep track of weight fluctuations.I used the scale and app every day, trending my progress for weight loss and steps.
3. My scale and blood pressure monitor arrived [free through my insurer] and after installing the app, everything worked perfectly, connected on its own and was very simple.
4. I didn't ask for or want a weight loss program.I was really excited when I first got my devices (glucose and blood pressure monitors).
5. Until then, the only benefit from the app for me is the weight tracking from scale to app.I would like it if the app had a way to record what's in a meal and have a break down of carbs, sugars, fats, etc.
6. I love not having to keep track of my readings and then losing that paper I wrote it down on and trying to remember it later.
7. No good now.Even though my husband's scale works anywhere in the same house, my scale does not and the scales do not support more than 1 user.
8. The blood pressure monitor works great, and I'm glad I can track that.
9. It has an easy to use template and I have had to call customer service twice for clarification and both times they were very helpful and kind and thoroughly explained the answer to my question.
10. But 99% of the app is just diet culture bs that pushes the same ineffective weight loss methods (most of which are disordered eating) that make up every failed diet.
11. However, my bp monitor suddenly starting having connectivity issues such that the app no longer received my readings.
