1. be aware, its a scam app! they cant solve a single issue for months (not possible to add a new credit card, not posdible to switch the account for a new phone).
2. Can you please either solve my issue or delete my account? Because I tried deleting account, it didn't work either.Terriblé (trés trés!) absolutely useless.
3. While riding a scooter is nice and I love it, the App 👎Very bad user experience, the app opens a web browser for every button in the menu, so constantly have to login whenever you want to check your payment method, your past rides, even settings or help.
4. Some work to do! Edit: After posting this review they unlocked my account, but it's now impossible to use any vehicle, they keep circling and "loading" .
5. I also sent messages and they never got back to me so poor service there too.Uploadig and document veryfing process needs work, I uploaded licence twice but no info from their side how long to wait, when it will be etc.
6. I've entered all my details & validated the active card payment but still cityscoot says I need to validate credit card.
7. Then tried to create another account and I get a payment error before I could enter my card.
8. This is the same device I made the account on... I have zero way to actually login now that I'm registered.
9. I received an email saying an unknown device was trying to login.
10. It is unclear how to stop a ride.My account has been suspended for no reason.
11. If you can get the app to work then the service is excellent but that's IF the app works.the bikes are nice.
