Why should I report an Issue with LMK: Make New Friends?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. I've noticed when I created my account the first time, it was lagging really badly and froze up a few times to where I just deleted it and tried to start over, but still nothing.Tired of receiving automated notifications every hour of the day.

2. I've tried to email before but it's saying the email isn't working anymore.Definitely needs improvement, I don't like how you have to pay for a lot of features and some features don't work how they could.

3. Like there's a swipe thing like tinder but if someone swipes right on your profile you can't see it without getting premium.I downloaded the app and tried to login with my phone number.

4. I tried again, clearing storage, cache, and reinstalling several times and the app would not send me a verification code to sign in.

5. It's not terrible, but when I started using it in April 2020, it had so many different features that made it unique, and ever since then they kept adding and removing things that just made it go downhill.

6. There isn't an option within your app to mute only certain notifications...Its either turn off all notifications completely on my in-phone settings (which I won't know if I have any responses from anyone or DM's) or get annoyed sometimes every 30 minutes because of the system notifications.The app started messing up.

7. The instant chat should have settings where you select age and country because I keep being linked with people 5 years younger and it feels like a waste of an instant chat.

8. I tried about 6 times, then I proceeded to the "Report Problem" and it gave me an email that does not exist.

9. In the beginning as you first download it, it won't let me log in with my Snapchat and I've tried everything possible I can think to fix it, and it still won't work.

10. This was supposed to be a YOLO variant, and when that failed they made it a Tinder/Instagram hybrid that just didn't make sense.The app is good, but it won't let me login now.

11. Keep working and hopefully these features can be solved.It's ok but, I had to start over because of a bug issue.

1. Fix LMK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LMK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LMK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LMK" » Open LMK: Make New Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LMK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LMK: Make New Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LMK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LMK: Make New Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LMK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LMK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LMK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LMK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LMK not working

2. Fix LMK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LMK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LMK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LMK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
