1. I don't have the desire or need to try and mess with it over and over again so I'm uninstalling.Most difficult time trying to reset a password and no "Contact Customer Service" option.I have tried to get a hold of my member services for ever I have tried to reset my app to make my life a little easier I have had major dental work needed for over a year or almost a year may I say and I need any oral surgeon extreme pain and Liberty gives me one oral surgeon that tells me 4 months is the quickest they can get me in that is absolutely ridiculous for an insurance policy especially when you have an emergency accidentI can't login to the desktop website, so I downloaded the app but everytime I try to login, the app crashes.

2. So how am I supposed to find a dentist? But I sure am billed every month.I called over 10 dentists and nobody takes my insurance but Liberty Dental app says they do.

3. Website same thing it can't even find my credentials and the "i am not a robot" part once you click on it, just spins and spins forever and then it says errorDoesn't let me log in on my computer.

4. Great.It takes me to the login page so i enter my info it loads for a while then takes me page to the login page.

7. The instructions for entering information (in the app) to register it, before gaining access, has to be properly entered or there will be issues with setup and logging in.

1. Fix LIBERTY Dental Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LIBERTY Dental: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LIBERTY Dental App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LIBERTY Dental" » Open LIBERTY Dental » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LIBERTY Dental » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LIBERTY Dental app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LIBERTY Dental servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LIBERTY Dental" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LIBERTY Dental app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LIBERTY Dental might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LIBERTY Dental. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LIBERTY Dental then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LIBERTY Dental not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LIBERTY Dental be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
