1. I'm constantly having to restart it after reconnecting my hearing aids 1 or 2 days, 3 days if I'm lucky, then if that doesn't work I have to completely restart my phone.
2. Since then, it simply will not recognize my 4 day old hearing aids....please either fix it or remove it, its not fair making people waste their lives away trying to make this nightmare work for them.This is a terrible app.
3. Also, "find my hearing aids" option is complete nonsense: It indicates that aids are about 1 mile away when they are on my person! The app worked for a while, right after downloading, but has failed for the last 3 days.
4. Of course it's a 90€ accessory...When can we expect this app to allow our phones to be heard in our hearing aids? Right now we have to remove our hearing aids to use ear buds.
5. When it finally does sync with the hearing aids, the connection is sporatic at best.
6. App is forever reporting lost connection with the hearing aids and needs repairing daily.
7. It is a shame that I cannot access the full function of the hearing aids through the app.
8. I have the Costco Burnafon aids and my phone is a Moto E5 Play with Android 8.0. The app connected to my aids without issue.
9. I have had my hearing aids for 3 weeks and have been told Remotelink is the only app that is authorized with these hearing aids.
10. What? I spent thousands of dollars on hearing aides and investing in another phone is the only solution technology has to offer? Very disappointing.Terrible user experience.
