1. No way to tell it info that it doesn't ask for Apparently I'm supposed to have my phone on me at all times for it to be able to track anything and my bedtime record is totally off.I recently started using Lark through my insurance and am loving all the helpful tips and nudges, like reminders to 'move' or try eating more greens, etc.
2. I suppose I can't complain because it's free, but I have been losing weight with the Keto diet and this app does not support that type of eating.
3. It doesn't/can't track Pulse (which is a key datapoint in high BP and weight loss).🤯 3.
4. The food tracking could use more refinement to count calories and then recommend foods to help you achieve more badges.
5. The calorie count is incredibly inaccurate which is quite detrimental to weight loss efforts.
6. It doesn't matter how vague or specific you word things, the app will find something wrong with it that isn't accurate.
7. Additionally, I was hoping for specific workout routines that I could incorporate into my gym visits, but the app doesn't have that type of support.
8. You need to be accurate to T with calories if you're trying to lose weight.
9. I choose to keep some and a subscreen open, and 2 of the weights are viewable, and when i try to select a weight It would not allow me to do so.
10. I also received a scale to document my weight loss and readings go to the app.
11. Pros: I like the automatic weight and activity tracking.
Please delete my app—it is talking sbout diabetes prevention-I have no interest and am in no risk for diabetes.
