1. The Labcorp Patient mobile app is easy to use and has convenient features that help you manage your health.
1. Both are major drawbacks of using this app Any attempts to email the developer results in an automated email saying you're not authorized to email themI definitely enjoy having this option to check my lab results and see what has been done even Years ago it shows every dr you have visited and had something done you can see results as soon as hours later.
2. You can print the results I think its a great way to keep up with your labs and other procedures would recommend for anyone to use its easy and simple to get started and to view you have to navigate a little to understand it at first but then your good to go after thatI would like to say that this app works no problem, but as of late it is not working at all.
3. I get an email now, saying it's going delinquent, the app first doesn't show I have any open invoices to pay, then I search the invoice on my email, enter it with my zip code.
4. Everything looks fine until you need to sign in, then it just loops or tells you there is something wrong with your password when there isn't and the fingerprint doesn't really help matters either.
5. After logging in and choosing "schedule appointment" and then choosing the location, I keep getting repeated error messages as soon as I click on "yes" for the question if I will be fasting.
6. Worthless to me.Missing essential functions: App has a link for logging in with biometrics but it doesn't work.
7. Please fix or tell me how to get working. The apps login doesn't work.
8. It does not show my recent test results nor my current invoices.
9. I am uninstalling the app as soon as I finish this review.Ubable to schedule an appointment even though that shows as an option.
10. If you have a scheduled appointment you can check in using the app but walk-ins are required to check-in at the kiosk and can't check in via the app.
11. Complete garbage.... On the opening page ("Dashboard"), the app purports to show a list of the newest tests.
