1. Also, I've ordered a bunch of matching dresses for little girls for a Family Cruise Vacation, and I LOVE them; but 2 orders came in wrong and the last one not at all! The first mistake was handled Fantastic! NOW: TODAY to Finish!I took the time to browse, put items on the "list" feature, then went & moved everything over to my cart, trusting that it was happening, as every item said, "moved to cart", then went to my cart & surprise! Empty! Why would I want to waste any more time with this store? That was so frustrating, I just had to write this review or throw something out a window! lolThis app runs slow and it takes forever to put even a couple items in your shopping cart for purchase.

Its frustrating to say the leastServices in store don't work when you try to bring up the coupons to use them they won't open so you have to take a photograph or copy them before you come into the store in order to get the discounts! It's an inconvenience to do that if you're not able to use the app in the store and open to retrieve the coupons and discounts at your liking while you're there shopping.

3. I wasted hours putting together an order of out of stock items! Kmart has some great deals so I'll be using their crappy app anyway.

4. However, was very disappointed when 4 of the items I had in my cart trippled in price! Since I already had them in my cart and was still shopping, I feel the price should not have increased without some sort of alert.

5. Deals there is no deals, when I open to view the deals it takes you to another screen of other items on sale! ;(It was difficult to set up and log in - about a dozen captchas to get thru.

6. Every time you look at an item and go back, it takes you back to the 1st page! I don't understand the concept of having to load coupons.

7. It's pretty Slow to view 1 item at a time w/o a way to see more that could quickly show what I'm interested in & eliminate the rest - that is too Time Consuming.

8. You don't know the item you want is out of stock until you put it in your cart and try to check out.

9. By the time any item thats on sale or clearanced is out of stock.

11. I don't think it's a flaw in the app but the entire web design.Constantly Freezing Up!! Every single time I've used this app, it freezes up, then I get the message saying, the Kmart app is not responding.

1. Fix Kmart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kmart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kmart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kmart" » Open Kmart – Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kmart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kmart – Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kmart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kmart – Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kmart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kmart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kmart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kmart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kmart not working

2. Fix Kmart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kmart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kmart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kmart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
