1. What a jokeI still enjoy win it, even though... a small critique I have is : when I have sought to redeem points, though they were but a small amount, every item I tried to purchase came up not available, or was increased in price from that which I saw in the product listing.

Also, points that expire so quickly, considering how few you get, and how little value they hold, are utterly worthless as a whole, so you never really win unless you actually get the prize, which will never happen, statistically.I like this app a lot because I have won large amounts of points before, getting me quite a bit of different free stuff, but it's hard to find locations that are close to me.

3. It wastes time when waiting for the sweeps to load or watch a video, then displays that it has already been played or "something went wrong, try again," and it resets and am still unable to play, because it does the same thing.

4. Plus points expire after 7 days now? And seems like no simple way to find when they expire anymore.This app was great, until recently...WinIt has been glitching badly.

5. So, I go redeem points, choose a product that will let me use points, I agree to the purchase, then am told it is not available, or am shown a different price than advertised.

6. I don't know, I'll keep trying, but not a very enticing app.Nvr win anything but points, the one time it did actually stop on prize it still showed no win on next page.

7. Sometimes, when opening the app they were correct, then after playing a sweep, it would show an old amount or show zero and not update if a sweeps won points.

1. Fix Win It! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Win It!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Win It! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Win It!" » Open Win It! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Win It! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Win It! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Win It! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Win It!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Win It! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Win It! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Win It!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Win It! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Win It! not working

2. Fix Win It! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Win It! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Win It! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Win It! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
