1. Don't buy 👎This app is not optimised at all...trash app...even I am on my local 100mbps wifi it takes like forever to load..also when I purchased mocha stickers they took my money but I did not get the stickers..I tried the purchase one more time only to get disappointed.

1. Restart Klova Studios: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Klova Studios App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Klova Studios" » Open Klova Studios » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Klova Studios » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Klova Studios app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Klova Studios servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Klova Studios" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Klova Studios app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Klova Studios might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Klova Studios. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Klova Studios then reinstall.
