Why should I report an Issue with Baby Tracker - Newborn Feeding?

Also, it would be nice to have an export function, so that I could analize different periods of time.This app is fantastic!it has everything to track all daily things from feds to nappy changes an everything inbetween - however.... it sometimes takes hours to just open saying it's checking the database it'll take a few seconds but it ca stay like this for over an hour... there is not a better app, I've tried but this thing of taking very long to open sometimes is very taxingThe app is easy to use and useful.

2. The only minus is data can not be extracted to excel, pdf....or... 21/6/22 There is some bug in the app - when I open the charts, average sleeping time on 6mnths base shows 32h/day and 12times/day.

3. Very annoying 🙄Breastfeeding timer keeps failing, meaning inaccurate records, and the app backup and restore doesn't work!! Lost all records and data when I got a new phone because the backup file can't be imported into app.

4. Seems really good in its layout and how much it includes... i would probably give it 5 stars.... BUT.. it has some weird random parts that are not in English! Not sure what language it is in, but i can only guess at what it says.

5. And all the extra tools are amazing: white noise, nightlight, lulibys, all the usefull info.Very buggy!! Once swapped all my feeds from left to right, when left button pressed would record as right.

7. Devs do not respond to support request emails.It is an amazing app for tracking baby's activity be it feeding, playtime, nap time etc.

8. Some buttons o can guess means "accept" or "ok".... other things i have no clue.... it is very weird! Never seen an app with that issue.

9. My baby was sleeping and your app shot off a startlingly loud sounding ad in the most unexpected manner.

10. Also comes with an entire host of informative and helpful articles about what to expect in the coming months from your new baby.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Tracker - Newborn Feeding » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Tracker - Newborn Feeding app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Tracker - Newborn Feeding" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
