1. I add name, DOB (which then deletes the name and I have to re enter) but clicking on save/add does nothing.This app worked with the device, after the updates it doesn't work at all.

1. Fix Kinsa Smart Stick Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kinsa Smart Stick: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kinsa Smart Stick App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kinsa Smart Stick" » Open Kinsa Smart Stick » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kinsa Smart Stick » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kinsa Smart Stick app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kinsa Smart Stick servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kinsa Smart Stick" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
