About LinkTo Health

1. This is a pairing application for smart watches.

2. It synchronizes the health data of the watch device and shows the user a lot of health data records.

LinkTo Health Customer Insights

1. Love the watch, hate the app which is a shame because it does have a nice interface and would be easy to use if the features it offers actually worked. This app pretty much fulfills its basic function; tracks steps, reminds me to drink water, connects to my watch... generally.

2. I wish it would connect to my other apps like Google Fit but I know that's more programming and this is clearly a basic function app/watch.The only good things I can say about this watch is that it keeps good time and is pretty.

3. I have to go into the app to reconnect the watch several times a day, the heart rate measurements are WAY off (the treadmill will measure my BPM at 140 while the watch says 90), I actually forgot there was a sedentary reminder until it dinged me for the first time since I first got it (3 months ago).

4. Half of the time it doesn't register the reading from the watch.

5. Before the update I didn't have any problems.I have a KW10 watch.

6. The watch is pretty cool, but it doesn't always record my sleep.

7. I'd ditch the app but don't know if another that works with this watch. From today the 27th March 2023 this app won't open on my Samsung A41.

8. The link between the watch and phone isn't compatible you have to re connect it more then you should.

9. Doesn't track anything but steps, BPM, sleep and blood pressure and those hardly update since the last app update.

10. Though it does not stay linked to the watch well.

11. I like the watch some times it works great and others it don't.
