1. Be careful that you actually select "start new cycle", just saying you're menstruating will not do that automatically.I got the premium version through a clinical study that I'm participating in.
2. The only "help" I get is that "there's no trouble on their end," "sign out and sign back in." Yearly subscription is $50--and because of the quality and ease (after so many other clunky apps) I'd actually consider figuring out how to fit that into my budget...*sigh* but it's back to the drawing board.
3. I notified their support peeps of this months ago, & they said it's fixed in the most recent version, but I'm using the most recent version, and it's not.I used kindara for several years on iOs and at the end of 2018, I switched to android.
4. Other than that it's great! Its the easiest so far to use with charting, however the charts are sometimes not in sync with my cycle.
5. With the premium version, I get as many functions as many other base models for other apps.
6. It seems to be ok with saving temp when synced with Wink, and tracking CF is usually ok, but if you're tracking other symptoms this probably isn't the best app for you.I love this app.
7. update: after reching out to customer service a few months ago, my syncing issue was resolved. The journal doesn't work if you try to read what you wrote a while back so it defeats the purpose of the journal.
8. I'm disappointed that the premium version of the app is so buggy 🙁 never had problems with the free version.uhhhhh....well. This is just SAD.
9. Additionally, I accidentally hit the "start new cycle" button in the middle of a cycle and now there will forever be 2 shortened cycles in one view.
10. Update: a month ago, I upgraded to the full paid version of Kindara.
11. When I enter data it sometimes takes a length of time for that information to get added into the chart.
