Thank you.I like this for when I am not able to be at meeting in person but it has some issues, when I touch the speaker or headset icon a bubble pops up asking if I want the app to record, no, I thought the speaker would actually put it on speaker but no, and I want the option to choose which application it uses to call in with.

2. This app also drains your battery like crazy!I have a Majority Bowfell Bluetooth speaker which connects to my tablet & works with other apps, such as YouTube, but it will not work with KHConf.

3. I have toggled Bluetooth headphone in advanced setting but no change.Should be a brilliant App but I'm constantly having issues with it cutting out, even turning off my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections on my Android device.

4. An update to fix these issues would be greatly appreciated, I can't remember ever having an update to this App, maybe a lazy or non supportive developer??Sorry to be a critic here but things that are broken can not be fixed if you do not know what is wrong.

5. I have to turn volume to mute because sound quality is so bad & use another device loaded with the songs for singing along.

6. FYI works GREAT on pure Android Boxes which uses Play Store, we have both and see no difference.

7. Both the speaker option and headphone option sound the same.

8. But on a mobile phone the sound is awful.Good concept and layout but........ can't hardly hear anything.

9. I hope these can be fixed or I may be such a minority it won't be.Great service One concern though...when the music is played it sounds as if its through a fuzz amplifier similar to one used for guitars.

10. When I switch to headset mode it uses the speaker for less than a second and then switches back to the tablets speaker.

1. Fix KHCONF Client Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KHCONF Client: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KHCONF Client App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KHCONF Client" » Open KHCONF Client » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KHCONF Client » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KHCONF Client app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KHCONF Client servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KHCONF Client" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KHCONF Client app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KHCONF Client might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KHCONF Client. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KHCONF Client then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KHCONF Client not working

2. Fix KHCONF Client Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KHCONF Client be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KHCONF Client not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KHCONF Client may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
