Full of bugs, slow and frustrating.Every month after the payment I have to uninstall and install the app this is very annoying and it's ridiculous it's been a few years and you guys haven't fixed it.I am a payed user and not able to watch without seeing ads in the middle of a video, even after reinstalling 😔Bought subscription yet cannot watch series.

2. Often the add tries to load but keeps playing the content is if it is an ad, with the countdown counter and without any playback controls (pause, stop, etc.). One of the worst applications out there.DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!! I am stuck with this app for 2 years and unable to UNSUBSCRIBE despite my repeated efforts.

3. Sometimes gets stuck after the ads are over and the only way to resure is to start over (2 extra ads).I was a paying subscriber and it was still a horrible user experience.

1. Fix 12+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 12+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 12+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "12+" » Open 12+ - Israeli channel 12 live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 12+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 12+ - Israeli channel 12 live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 12+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "12+ - Israeli channel 12 live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 12+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 12+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 12+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 12+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 12+ not working

2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 12+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 12+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
