LifePoints Customer Insights

1. Downsides are that there are often a very limited amount of surveys available and that you can spend a good amount of time on a survey (often times you can be one or two questions from finishing the whole survey) for it to just stop and drop you without giving any credit for the time spent on said survey.Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! It started off very well, the surveys were mostly easy/nice, one (& I messaged about) wasn't setup right.

I didn't know there was an app because their website doesn't promote it I just decided to see if they have one because I was having browser issues and was happy to see they had one and it works very well.I really loved this app for about a week and a half! The surveys were fun and easy, you get points, and I was able to cash out $5.

3. Very disappointing...I loved doing the surveys and the app in general so I'm not sure what to think!I was pleasantly surprised by this app! It has been consistently offering me surveys to complete for points and actually delivers on their end of the deal.

4. Well one day when trying to do surveys, the sign-in screen said, my membership had been canceled.

5. When I contacted customer service I was told "The information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform against 3rd party data." I've never had this issue on other survey sites.

10. I wish they would help me out with this issue especially in the times were in.It's definitely not bad but could be better if the app could remember the basic info like age, sex, race, location instead of wasting time filling it in every time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LifePoints Issues

1. Fix LifePoints Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LifePoints: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LifePoints App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LifePoints" » Open LifePoints » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LifePoints » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LifePoints app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LifePoints servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LifePoints" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LifePoints app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LifePoints might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LifePoints. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LifePoints then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LifePoints not working


2. Fix LifePoints Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LifePoints be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LifePoints not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LifePoints may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
