Why should I report an Issue with KOCOWA?

Difficult to figure out what episode you were on and much more.At first it was good; but now when coming back to the show you're watching after an advertisment break it sometimes will continue to play the audio for the ads during the show and the playback controls won't work forcing me to quit out of the show to have to go back into it.

2. But overall I think the app I'd amazing! I didn't put 5 stars for the continuously pausing while watching an episode though.The app is really good and I enjoy the shows they offer! However, after the most recent version they have updated, I can't access any shows or watch anything and end up being logged out of the app.

You're better off with some other app like viki because, while the ads there suck so so much and it is also quite frustrating to use, at least you'll actually get an episode every once in a while.It's a really amazing app and has all the shows I want but when it goes to commercial, the commercial audio continues in the background as the show continues.

4. I downloaded it to watch some nice korean romance films, but one of the problems I have is when I try to watch an episode from the beginning, it stops at 2 seconds but the audio seems to continue.

5. On a side note, will you be ever supporting android tv? Because that would be ideal, I tend to gravitate to watch something from my android tv like viki or Netflix, granted I can cast to the TV but it's much more hassle than grabbing the remote.The media wouldn't play.

6. I tried upwards of ten times to watch a single episode and the ads would play, of course, but then when it came time for the episode "media could not be played" popped up and it would close.

7. Please fix this, I really don't wanna delete such a good app.There's 3 ads each 10 minutes, there's a lot of lagging ( by a lot I really mean it ) sometimes it doesn't play videos correctly, but it does give you free shows that are good quality.

8. Second, in the middle of watching the episode, it will freeze randomly and just pause for a long amount of time.

9. For example, I have to scroll from left to right from the first episode to the most recent.

10. Every 5 minutes of a show would have an ad break, and after the ad breaks the show would stop playing.

11. The ads wouldn't be such a big deal if they didn't stop the show from playing.

1. Fix KOCOWA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KOCOWA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KOCOWA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KOCOWA" » Open KOCOWA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KOCOWA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KOCOWA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KOCOWA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KOCOWA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KOCOWA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KOCOWA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KOCOWA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KOCOWA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KOCOWA not working

2. Fix KOCOWA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KOCOWA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KOCOWA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KOCOWA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
