    1. NOW I'm having an issue and I hope it gets fixed! While playing games connected to "JUST PLAY" the banner (the one that tells you how many points you have) freezes the screen until it disappears! When playing solitaire when I move a card to the top row, the banner shows up then screen freezes.

    2. I have made around $70 in either PayPal payments or Amazon gift cards, and I really don't put much time into it! The ONLY reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is due to there are not that many games to choose from compared to other apps that pay, but, this app actually builds up faster, so I'll continue playing the same games! Totally worth it!The pay out is very cheap.

    3. This has been causing my "time of play" to increase from 2 1/2 mins to 16 mins!! FIX THIS ASAP PLEASE! It's interrupting how many points I get!!Great app! One of the few that actually pay out! Update!!!! I've had this app for almost two years and have loved it! 5 stars all the way.

    4. I use to cash out with no issues but alot has changed it only seems like a scam that takes up alot of your timeI have now changed my rating to 4 stars because they fixed the issues I was having.

    5. However recently I got a new phone downloaded it spent a lot of time playing and it won't cash out! I've sent about 3 messages trying to get help with nothing being done about it.

    6. I would like to see a mystery game on here.The app works, the money is real, but it doesn't seem like the reward ends up being worth your time.

    7. Diligent active play will net about 99 cents to 2 dollars every couple of hours.

    8. But very small payouts even after meeting or exceeding the goals doesn't really encourage me to keep playing.It pays out.

    9. I hate that I waste three hours only to make 80 cents after getting almost 100K or more points.

    10. It's chump change but does pay out successfully so it's automatically better than a lot of other trash on the play store.I have to agree with others.

    11. Sometimes only 4 cents for 3 hours of play.

    Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JustPlay Issues

    1. Fix JustPlay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


    1. Restart JustPlay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
    2. Update the JustPlay App. Here is how:
      1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JustPlay" » Open JustPlay: Earn Money or Donate » click "Update".
      2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JustPlay » click "UPDATE".
    3. Clear JustPlay: Earn Money or Donate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JustPlay servers.
      1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JustPlay: Earn Money or Donate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
    4. Check JustPlay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JustPlay might not work.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall JustPlay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JustPlay then reinstall.
    6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JustPlay not working


    2. Fix JustPlay Server issues & Internet Connection


    1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JustPlay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
    2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JustPlay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
    3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JustPlay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
