Also, the commercials ,while casting free movies ,freezes up and doesnt play causing me to have to restart the movie or end cast, watch commercial, then cast again....Worst app ever, a complete rip off and scam, I payed $39.99 for there so called premium membership, never got what I payed for, don't believe them, don't buy a premium membership, you will get ripped off, and there's no way to cancel membership, I have to call me bank and pay a $30 stop payment fee to block dove from ripping me off further, you people at dove need to be fired and your service Putt out of business, im reporting dove to the better business, BBB, and consumer complaint hot line,Enjoy the video selections and attention to details.

As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Dove.DISAPPOINTED Installed and subscribed to app thru my google play which is my normal route I was charged for the monthly rate which I am glad now that I always start with in case of issues and proceeded to try to sign in customer service is saying I dont have an account and to contact google to see if maybe under a different email its not I finally decided to take the $5 loss and cancel subscription at least I know google play is good about that so much for trying the Dove channelGood content, horrible new interface.

3. However, diversity is very important to me and soo I will male the switch.great channel & movies for free! more live tv kids shows would be nice.

4. Not enough content and since I subscribed for the annual price, the app literally won't cancel (no prorate refund) for a year even though I used it less than 30 days.

5. Also, I am disappointed that I was automatically charged the annual renewal rate without an email warning, & even though I contacted to cancel the same day- the charge was not reversed.

7. Try a different app.It has really good movie selection but sometimes I don't have time for an hour and half movies .

8. It is hard to beat the price; Dove is only half the prize of Pureflix.

9. I only suggest as many movies and shows like The Waltons, Little House, ect.

1. Fix Dove Channel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dove Channel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dove Channel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dove Channel" » Open Dove Channel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dove Channel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dove Channel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dove Channel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dove Channel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dove Channel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dove Channel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dove Channel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dove Channel then reinstall.
