AppLights Customer Insights

1. I wish the company would fix this, we paid for all these lights and can't use them! Include a remote control if you don't want to keep up with your app.DON'T UPDATE IF YOU HAVE OLDER LIGHTS! I have been using these lights for several years and the older app, while wonky at times, worked.

2. I had trouble connecting and thought it was strange they wanted location - guess it uses it to communicate with the lights.

3. Hopefully this location requirement is a bug that will be fixed.Used these lights for a few seasons with marginal success.

4. Still works with my lights, 3 new phones later, after maybe 6 years. For those having connection issues.

5. Either fix this app to be backwards compatible or provide the old version for us who need it.I have the first gen lights.

6. Oh well, guess I will be buying a different company's lights.I bought this product today.

7. It won't connect to the lights through Bluetooth at all.

8. I hope the AppLights will fix this issue on the Android. This app worked so well last year.

9. And apparently the reset procedure of plugging / unplugging 4 times doesn't work on the first gen controller.

10. Maybe a competitorApp worked fine for first few years but stopped working a couple years ago.

11. So like the other reviewer said, the lights are functional but stuck in the demo loop.
