Why should I report an Issue with Joey T3?

2. From the app, you can set timers that limit the amount of time your Joey charges devices, ring your Joey, set a distance alarm, and set up a notification when your Joey reaches a low-charge state.

3. Kudos to the developers because I think they've thought of everything!Joey indicates Bluetooth connected but the app won't recognise the connection and keeps telling me to get closer to the Joey device.

4. Can you upgrade it to support Android phones too?Connected fast no widget support that automatically connects phone? That would be gangster.

5. (The device came standard installed in a Kathmandu backpack fyi) Developer/s - please respond.This is a well-designed app to pair with a well-designed product.

6. The app configures without issue, however, when attempting to "turn on" the alarm via the app, the app crashes and disconnects from the phone entirely.

7. But since it won't connect with my current phone, it useless at this time.

1. Fix Joey T3 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Joey T3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Joey T3 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Joey T3" » Open Joey T3 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Joey T3 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Joey T3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Joey T3 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Joey T3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Joey T3 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Joey T3 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Joey T3. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Joey T3 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Joey T3 not working

2. Fix Joey T3 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Joey T3 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Joey T3 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Joey T3 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
