Why should I report an Issue with IROKOtv?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Generally, the app is awesomeI used to enjoy watching movies on this app, but since a year ago it stopped casting to my Xbox One, I basically use "AirServer" app, downloaded on my Xbox One to cast my phone to the Xbox, so that I can watch it on my TV, but since the last few updates irokotv decided to put filters on their movies so that when you try to cast it to your TV it won't work.

2. Please change that.✌Better app than the last time I saw it but i was hoping you people could have an option for watching the movie in either landscape or portrait cause I love all my movies portrait but i am forced to watch otherwise.

3. Last agent I spoke with suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it didnt worAm so so disappointed, I did full year subscription but I can't watch movie of my choice, bad and poor services.

4. You guys actually made me waste my money cos I see no reason why I will subscribe for a full year and still couldn't watch series movies.

5. It's the only app on my phone that doesn't show video on my TV ones I started playing a movie, but sound works.Personally I like the app, good movies but, there are a lot of new movies are not showing on IROKOtv.

6. last time it did, the app just would not work let alone allow me watch any of the downloaded movies, and I thought updating the app would help, but it didn't.

7. The movies now is up to season 5 abs am still at season 2 where I stopped with my 3 month subscription.Please, when I go to the earth icon by the top left, nothing shows, but when I click on other icons, they pop up.

8. got a full year subscription and each time I try to watch a movie I've downloaded, the app always has to confirm the subscription.

9. Then secondly another thing that annoys me is that after watching a movie or an episode a d you want to watch another episode it plays the previous one unless you stop casting.I'm just so disappointed.

10. A lot of movies I watch sometimes strain my eyes and I am sure other customers will equally appreciate if they can increase the screen size too.

Secondly I was hoping you guys could make a forward and rewind button available to enable easier viewing Thirdly why doesn't your app pause when my phone rings or when I pick my calls and even if I pause it before picking, it has a way of playing itself why? It can be really annoying and frustrating too.

1. Fix IROKOtv Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IROKOtv: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IROKOtv App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IROKOtv" » Open IROKOtv » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IROKOtv » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IROKOtv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IROKOtv servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IROKOtv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IROKOtv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IROKOtv might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IROKOtv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IROKOtv then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IROKOtv not working

2. Fix IROKOtv Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IROKOtv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IROKOtv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IROKOtv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
