1. I have the free version, and when i start looking in the beginner exercises, it shows which are Pro and the ones that are free.
2. The prior version had quite a few bugs that this one does not exhibit.I used the free version of this app for about two months, doing the at home quarantine program twice.
3. I am glad to see that the "Start Workout" button issue was sorted out on the latest update (March 26, 2021).
4. Apart from some odd UI/UX design choices (such as the lack of any kind of sound signal for when time is up/starting for any given exercise) I found the app great.
5. Even connected to a high speed internet, the servers and use of the app is unacceptable, I would recommend to find an alternative.I have the paid version because I wanted to create a lot of my own workouts.
6. There are plenty of workouts to choose from, scheduling feature along with designing your own workout sets.
7. Needs fixing ASAPThis app has so much potential but its ruined by several things to a point that it is so frustrating i want to delete the app every time I open it.
8. With the bugs even making it impossible to use the app and start a workout because it will say offline.
9. Still some stability issues, and if you don't save a workout and your phone goes to sleep, you have to start all over.
10. Either get rid of this "glitch" or provide a way to manually switch between these options.Good App Bad Execution: Really looked forward to this app with calendar and auto generated workout.
11. It's been some time since I worked out, but the exercises are scalable and he will constantly remind you of how one can modify this movement.
I want my account deleted because I don’t need the app anymore and under the CCPA is a$7,500 fine and 4%annual turnover under GDPR

I wish to cancel my heria Pro app subscription
please unsubscribe me from the membership. I'm no longer interested
when I put in the card number it says there is an error. I have tried multiple cards on multiple devices.
I would like my subscription cancelled now and reimbursement for the troubles surrounding cancelling the subscription. There is no place to cancel from within the application itself, from the Iphone’s subscription tab, or virtually anywhere else. It feels to be planned out this way to get money from people who can’t find outside ways of getting rid of it. This has gone on for several months on end and even through the Covid-19 Pandemic which financially affected many.
