1. I reported the issue through email to InShape and received an email saying I would be contacted by someone that could resolve the issue, months later, no resolution! Now this issue has happened to me 3 times alone this month!So slow loading, doesn't accurately count your check-ins.

2. A little slow to load, doesn't refresh to show the latest check ins, and would really benefit from a feature showing your rewards as you meet the check in goals for the month.

3. It loses my reservations sometimes, it won't let me "refer a friend" (app just closes), it doesn't update how many check-ins I have, and it takes forever to load any request.

4. You can access the gyms classes, the daily schedule and sign up for classes or to use the personal massaging machines.App is too slow in loading most of the time.

5. Wouldn't accept any of the photos, kept marking it as Blurry or The face isn't clear enough even tho my whole face is showing and the photo isn't blurry.

6. Pretty frustrating, it wouldn't be that difficult to update and fix the format of booking classes.

7. The classes for that day are on a completely different tab than where you book them - so you must know which class you want and then book it from a different screen.

8. It is nice that it tracks Check-Ins in the app instead of having to wait for an email.The app is good for checking in, HOWEVER, not all your check-ins will be displayed.

9. Frustrating when the app is required for several Club tasks.App seems to work fine for me, most of the time.

10. Other than that, it's nice having the class schedules handy.Super buggy.

11. During any kind of peak time, it won't load on data signal so I can make a reservation.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix In-Shape Issues

1. Fix In-Shape Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart In-Shape: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the In-Shape App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "In-Shape" » Open In-Shape » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for In-Shape » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear In-Shape app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from In-Shape servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "In-Shape" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check In-Shape app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, In-Shape might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall In-Shape. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall In-Shape then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing In-Shape not working


2. Fix In-Shape Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make In-Shape be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to In-Shape not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, In-Shape may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
