Why should I report an Issue with Followers+ for Twitter?

It should just take the time to load everything and then you only have to wait once and then you could scroll through all of the resultsUnlike most of the apps of this type that I've tried, this one works and looks good while doing it! The free version does have ads but I didn't find them so intrusive that you can't get the work done.

I found this one and yes, every time I open it an ad pops up for about a hot minute, but I can quickly click out of that, and then it comes up with this neatly organized stats dashboard of my followers and non followers, and that's exactly what I need, so I can live with the ads.The ads can be jarring (loud).

3. For .99 I purchased the ad free version.I had another really good app for watching my followers and unfollowers and it went the way of the dodo.

4. Another mysterious bug: I Unfollowed five non-Followers through the app and it did so while also instantly removing 12 Followers.

5. That would be my one big complaint of the app.It seems to work okay except the only loads 10 results at a time and then locks up when you hit show more.

6. When you reopen the app, it will no longer show that 3 people unfollowed you and there's no way of navigating the app to see the last few people who unfollowed.

7. Would be lovely if we can also see users who have been dormant for a long time (let's say from 6 months upward).

8. I'm saying you need to check it at least once a week to stay current with your Twitter account activity.

9. It does freeze shortly after launch at times and when it does, it erases the newest unfollow data.

10. The ads in the free version are not annoying.Generally good.

1. Fix Followers+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Followers+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Followers+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Followers+" » Open Followers+ for Twitter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Followers+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Followers+ for Twitter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Followers+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Followers+ for Twitter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Followers+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Followers+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Followers+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Followers+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Followers+ not working

2. Fix Followers+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Followers+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Followers+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Followers+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
