It also required an internet connection, so worthless if you don't have an internet connection or even just too slow of a connection.These things are garbage this is the second car I've bought one of these quick links for that I plug it into the port I download this app and it says that there is no device found even though the device has a light on it saying that it is getting power although my cheap $20 scan tool connect to my car perfectly fine and reads the codes and the computer on my car with no issues at all.After continued trials i find that the app is very limited and can get very expensive.

7. The dongle is priority and only works with their software, assuming you can get the dongle to even sync or stay sunk once it connects.

8. Now I'm using it to watch the gauges (Mainly Air Fuel Ratio) after my Ktuner was installed.Slow and unreliable.

9. I am a machanic by trade and there are much better out there that are far better.Can't get the obd2 component to connect.

1. Fix QuickLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QuickLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QuickLink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QuickLink" » Open QuickLink » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QuickLink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QuickLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QuickLink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QuickLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QuickLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QuickLink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QuickLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QuickLink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QuickLink not working

2. Fix QuickLink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QuickLink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QuickLink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QuickLink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
