1. Contacted support but haven't heard back.I've always wanted to learn sign for personal and practical reasons and this app makes it accessible and simple to learn a majority of what I need to know in my downtime compared to taking a class.

2. I need to go back one measly letter in the alphabet, and the options seem to be either replay the video from the start, or tap/drag and guess how far to move the invisible slider (because of the lack of video progress bar, bookmarks, or preview images when scrolling).

3. I have always had issues hearing, and I figured I would learn sign language to help me out on worse days, so this app is my start! I've even taught my coworkers some sign, because I work in a loud kitchen and I can't always communicate or hear them.

1. Fix The ASL App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The ASL App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The ASL App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The ASL App" » Open The ASL App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The ASL App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The ASL App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The ASL App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The ASL App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The ASL App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The ASL App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The ASL App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The ASL App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The ASL App not working
