1. All permissions applied, bluetooth, location, physical activity, nearby devices, and notifications all applied and leave the app open.I need this app for work and works as intended in the most minimum amount but stays on in the background connected to my bluetooth.

2. I have started deleting the app when I am done with it and download it again as needed.Doesn't work .... It sends notification to my phone (pixel 6 pro) I hit approve but the message never gets back to my computer.

3. I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, and it does not work at all.Agree with other reviews, app turns off bluetooth randomly, when it is being used with other programs (music).

4. There is no permissions to change on the app to prevent it from doing this as well.I would have given it 4 stars, but recently it is only giving push notifications about half of the time, so I have to open the app to approve.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Imprivata ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Imprivata ID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Imprivata ID might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Imprivata ID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Imprivata ID then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Imprivata ID not working
