Another issue is the on app Feed Back/Improvement questionnaire - You need to give your life history and private medical details - Bugger Off that's my private info!Been using this for 12 months or so and it is brilliant, but the export csv for history does not work at all, will not load to email or cloud, can't even save as a file locally, so what use has this app got over the others, needs a serious update to fix issues.I really like how convenient this app is.

Can't understand other review saying they can't find correct dose, obviously can't use a smartphone to scroll through full options.Works but clunky - few too many steps when recording meds.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My INR Issues

1. Fix My INR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My INR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My INR App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My INR" » Open My INR » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My INR » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My INR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My INR servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My INR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My INR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My INR might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My INR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My INR then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My INR not working


2. Fix My INR Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My INR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My INR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My INR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
