7. Latest released Android version, both Pixel 2 and now 3a.The cart in my Android app has disappeared, replaced with a useless (to me) shopping list.

9. However, in a store that is set up more as an shopping adventure than a mere shopping experience, an interactive map can be a boon for both the customer and as a marketing tool/data mine.

10. Create new lists, saved 1 item to 1 list, further attempts causes app to freeze.

11. I've disabled my VPN, I've gone cell only, I've tried on 3 different IKEA in-store Wi-Fi signals, and on 2 different home Wi-Fi connections, both fiber based.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IKEA Store Issues

1. Fix IKEA Store Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IKEA Store: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
