1. I believe either NG has been hacked, or they could truly care less about their customers, either way, I'm concerned about how a company can make so much money off of people, and lack the ability to accommodate their customer base needs, by giving us the simplest of methods to pay our bill.After setting up with the speedway payment system, it doesn't even ask for my password and cannot login.
2. (Who memorizes account numbers?! Oh, and don't forget to erase the dash if you copy and paste it!! ) There's no option for the app to remember my login information or to create a login ID.
3. This app needs some serious updates.Usually, companies apps are useful and convenient to manage your account, view bills and make payments.
4. You must have your account number (from your bill) at hand in order to pay your bill.
5. I have to look up and physically enter my 10 digit account number every month when I pay my bill.
6. Waste of phone space, just bookmark the web page &save your login info.
7. There should be an option to log in using username/password but instead it is account number and first 4 letters of last name.
8. I get more info and easier access to paying my bill through the website.
9. Just when I thought that TERRIBLE National Grid site was as bad as it got..!What is the point of this app? It redirected me to the website thats completely unreliable.
10. Would love to be able to make one time payments and get notifications that a bill is generated.
11. Ive visited the site, put in my account information and I'm still unable to access my profile.
