1. Speed or password probs but audio was better but Delayed.This app is great and it works pretty good sometimes I miss some of my visits because it says the app is not working or something like that and asked me do I want to wait or close the app or report and also I've missed visits for it not passing the internet test with Wi-Fi or without Wi-Fi and my phone usually works good without Wi-Fi so with Wi-Fi there's no reason that I couldn't log into my visit it made no sense but on the upside of that I called customer service and they did replace & refunTerrible quality, constantly freezes and closes out.
2. Absolutely frustrating that I'm spending money to talk to a loved one when the app doesn't even work.Haven't been able to login on my android in 5 days.
3. You have responded stating that it is only used for the call/video chat but, I think it would be better written more clearly and state that the recordings and taking of pictures only pertains to the video chat happening at/on the date and time of that call/video chat only.

5. Absolutely ridiculous! I paid $11.08 for a 30 minute video call, and this worthless app kept saying connection failed because of network.
6. ALSO the app pretty much states it's your fault (network) if it won't connect, and they WILL NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS!! PS the call costs $7.50, and ICS mobile charges a $3.00 SERVICE FEE!!In response to you developer response.
7. But the whole entire video call every time it's blocked up and I can't see the inmate but the inmate can see me clearly.

10. I have to shut the Wi-Fi off on my phone in order for it to not fail.
11. I get half way through scheduling a visit, and it reboots to the log in screen!! I've been fighting this for over a week, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and it just keeps doing the same shyt.

I would like to delete my account. I do not see a need to keep an account open. Thank you for this app and the service your company provides.
