511 Arizona Customer Insights

1. I am going to uninstall this app and continue to use Google Maps to show me road conditions instead.Overall, seems to be a good interface to traffic data in Arizona.

2. I was over an hour from home visiting my grandbabies and the app notified me when the freeways were shut down for 3 days. What good is an app that hasn't updated in over 5 hours? This is continual, not one time.

3. Fantastic idea, but default Maps will have more accurate information, even for planned events on ADOTs website isn't displayed on the map, signs.

4. You can't look at the map for more than 10 seconds before something pops up or flips around trying to get you to call 511 or play alerts.During the winter storms, this app was literally a life saver.

5. I just wanted a handy app to quickly show current road conditions.

6. I physically drove past indicating road closures with their symbol on the signs and still the app has no indicator or alert.

7. not sure if that's a feature or a bug.Inaccurately displays road construction and closures.

8. Found a rather disturbing bug when trying to set a saved route, and opted to avoid highways.

9. Not a current up to date reliable source.Garbage app, clicking on symbols on the map just brings up a box of nonsense.

10. Also found the exit feature requires requires "backing out" to shut down.

11. Don't bother.I get constant reminders saying "511 Arizona is running".
