1. I creat a ds log in and it does the same thing except when I try to.change the password it doesn't let me put in my DODID number.

5. Thanks for making it even harder and more frustrating.Search filter is broken, only lets you search for dental surgeons, when general dentistry is a field applied to providers but you can't simply search "dentist".

6. I'm able to log in without issue but other than that, it's a complete waste of time and resources on my phone.

7. As others have mentioned, when you try to log in to the APP it opens up a browser instead and the login attempt fails every time and that is using the correct credentials.

8. Bad thing is I got an email stating I had a new message and had to wait before I got home before I could view it.

9. Horrible app with no way to reset your password or recover the user name.

10. This is a horrible way to do it as either it is not sending the email, or I do not have access to the email address any longer.

1. Fix TRICARE East Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TRICARE East: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TRICARE East App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TRICARE East" » Open TRICARE East » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TRICARE East » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TRICARE East app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TRICARE East servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TRICARE East" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TRICARE East app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TRICARE East might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TRICARE East. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TRICARE East then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TRICARE East not working
