1. Really would like it to be fixed as soon as possible.It's an easy to go app but the one thing that is a bit disturbing is that the gems get finished so fast and that you have to wait for 24 hrs for you to continue swiping , though I'd like the whole thing about limited swiping to maybe be out into concideration.All in all the app is good and you can chat with someone unlimitedly and it isn't those fake apps where it is the computer communicating with you instead of a real personThe app is great for making friends, although I keep having problems where it freezes when I chat with people sometimes and I always have to exit and go back in the app in order to continue it.

My phone doesn't have a problem with other apps on it.It's awesome and great because you get to choose what you like and what age range you wanna see and then there are events where you can chat with other people and other people could add you or you can swipe and add people and the others do the same and they might add you too.

It's easy to find someone to talk and simple to use..my only problem is that there isn't any verification needed ..it's easier to get catfished and not know if someone is being honest about their personal infomercial..e.g ageNot many horny people but people are really dry compared to other apps it really stands out.

4. It's a pretty cool app, I've met some awesome friends on here! One problem I'd mention is that many people are looking for innapropriate interactions or nudes, so if there was better monitoring it would be a lot cooler! Yeah, so if you're not okay with seeing that a lot I suppose these kind of apps wouldn't really be for you, but idk.

5. Totally cool, try this out!A lot of features to add and fix - for example monitoring in the live event, being able to change your age cuz it doesn't update with birthday, when you put looking for people between x and y age, it doesn't sort of "ban" the other age requests, etc, etc.

1. Fix purp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart purp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the purp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "purp" » Open purp - Make new friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for purp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear purp - Make new friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from purp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "purp - Make new friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check purp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, purp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall purp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall purp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing purp not working

2. Fix purp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make purp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to purp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, purp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
