1. No option for customers service to contact and get this issue solved.I have tried multiple time to login through the username and password provided but it still says invalid username/password.

2. Still looking for help? contact us on the live chat available 24/7 or come visit on our store" should I give it more stars? Or should I write etisalat charge monthly for this service and what they are giving back is this shi* app.For me the purpose of this app is if I'm away from my home i can access my elife tv.

3. The username and password which they have sent me are incorrect as I have tried 100 time with theses username and password and every time it gives the option of invalid username and password.

4. No option to reset or to do anything so you have to call their call center and their stupid IVR robot or the poor agents who has a big turnover and keeps you on hold for one hourUsed to watch eLifeON on my laptop screen by connecting my Galaxy Note 10+ through Smsung Dex.

5. For the app Etisalat Sent login details and it's showing invalid log in username and password .

Works well as long as you watching on the phone but if you screen mirror it on a tv it stops working.An app just as this would be the future of old TV receiver box, so i would highly recommend them to be compatible with Android TV or TV OS, which its is not unfortunately.The eLife on feature is a scam.

8. Great work as usual, Etisalat.As usual another failure from Etisalat! Idk how it's the biggest company in the UAE , they fail everything to implement any service .

9. I am an eLife subscriber but I have never been able to login to the app with the credentials provided by Etisalat.

10. Now eLifeON has blocked the picture when played on laptop screen while the phone is connected through Samsung Dex.

11. I wonder why such a restriction is required while this is a paid app that can be played only on one device at a time.I like the new update.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TV Issues

1. Fix TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TV" » Open TV by e& » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TV by e& app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TV by e&" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TV then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TV not working


2. Fix TV Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
